Safina withdraws from Brisbane International
Safina announces her withdrawal from Brisbane International due to back injury, one of the warm up tournaments of Australian Open.
Such injury has been bothering her for couple of months. She was broken into tears and had to withdraw from the year ended Sony Ericsson Championships.
Safina is now fighting against time to be fit enough to play both Medibank International and Australian Open.
Let’s hope Dinara can defend her good run at Australian Open. She was the runner-up last year.
